K.E.P.O means Knowing Every Particular Object. It's not like what teenanger said about KEPO or "want to know everything including other's privacy. It is like stalking. And the connotation is bad.
Knowing every particular object is someone with so many knowledges. He or she must be dilligent. He or she must like reading newspaper or books, browsing internet, or all of media. But how about someone who always want to become KEPO and she or he will do some "KEPO things" or stalking?
When I am being asked about which I will choose, knowing many things or not knowing things, then I will choose not to know many things. I realise many responsibilities come if we know many things. At least we have to think, the Info we've gotten is save or not, can everybody knows or not, what the influencce for ourselves or other, etc.
For myself, It is not important if I become the last person of an information,there must be reasons, rite? Even myself try to pretend not to know some infos if I think that I am not related to certain info.
Yeah, don't be "too much" person when You have information then you think you will be Important person..
